10. Taxes. All revenue and use taxes, moreover any other federal, state, county or community obligation, surcharge, tax, tariff or other government-imposed price (aside from any tax over the income of Seller) assessed or payable on an order for the Product or normally associated with these Terms shall be payable by Customer, regardless of whether t
